Meeting Room Rental Rates

A/V equipment rental requests will be arranged by an out of house rental company
72 hour prior notice is needed for all A/V equipment rentals
Please speak to your sales associate if you need internet service

All food and beverage service must be ordered from our catering office
No outside food or beverage is allowed to be brought into any meeting or banquet room

A credit card number and signed contract is required to hold any meeting space
Speak to a sales representative regarding direct billing
No personal checks are accepted as final payment

All cancellations must be received in writing 72 hours prior to the date of the meeting
Failure to cancel will result in the full charge of the contract.
