Job Descriptions:

Sales & Catering Associate

• Must have a very positive and outgoing personality
• Must have excellent people and phone skills
• Will be working with both social and corporate event planning
• Prefer 3 to 5 years experience in catering/hotel sales
• Flexible work schedule including day & night shifts, weekends and some holidays
• Moderate typing and computer skills are necessary including Microsoft Word and Excel.  Knowledge of ACT & EventMaster is a plus.
• Knowledge and/or willingness to learn the back of the house operations
• Knowledge and initiative to seek out and obtain future business

Restaurant Hostess

• Must have experience in greeting and seating guests in a fine dining atmosphere
• Flexible work schedule including weekends and holidays
• Must have a very positive and outgoing personality
• Must have excellent people and phone skills
• Will be working in a professional hospitality environment

Banquet Set-up

• Ability to move and relocate equipment such as: tables, chairs, and various A/V equipment 
• The ability to set rooms based on a pre-determined floor plan and design for both social and corporate events
• Responsible for timed breaks and assisting the kitchen during meal times for both corporate and social events
• Flexible work schedule including day & night shifts, weekends and holidays
• Audio Visual Equipment knowledge is a plus
• Will be working in a professional hospitality environment
