Job Descriptions:
Sales & Catering Associate
- Must have a very positive and outgoing personality
- Must have excellent people and phone skills
- Will be working with both social and corporate event planning
- Prefer 3 to 5 years experience in catering/hotel sales
- Flexible work schedule including day & night shifts, weekends and some holidays
- Moderate typing and computer skills are necessary including Microsoft Word and Excel. Knowledge of ACT & EventMaster is a plus.
- Knowledge and/or willingness to learn the back of the house operations
- Knowledge and initiative to seek out and obtain future business
Restaurant Hostess
- Must have experience in greeting and seating guests in a fine dining atmosphere
- Flexible work schedule including weekends and holidays
- Must have a very positive and outgoing personality
- Must have excellent people and phone skills
- Will be working in a professional hospitality environment
Banquet Set-up
- Ability to move and relocate equipment such as: tables, chairs, and various A/V equipment
- The ability to set rooms based on a pre-determined floor plan and design for both social and corporate events
- Responsible for timed breaks and assisting the kitchen during meal times for both corporate and social events
- Flexible work schedule including day & night shifts, weekends and holidays
- Audio Visual Equipment knowledge is a plus
- Will be working in a professional hospitality environment
